The owner was tired of his old deck and wanted to enjoy the beautiful view he had right in his backyard. He also communicated to us how, during the summer, he had some massive heat that wouldn’t allow him to be outside during the day. The solution for that was building a porch cover on top of the deck. We installed trex decking with some aluminum black powder coated aluminum railing for him to enjoy his view.
