This owner in Denver wanted to use his backyard as he had limited parking in the front of the house. They also had a garage, but this garage could be used as it had a sliding fence door that would cover his garage whenever he opened it. So, we built a cedar wood pergola that would function as a cover to be able to park a car, and we installed a motorized gate that would be able to open with a remote so that he could use the garage and his backyard more. We poured some stained concrete as well to give it a different look from what is usual.
