This owner had an old deck that was starting to fall apart; she had kept repainting it every year, but it was never able to stay looking nice. One dream that she had was being able to build a sunroom for her to enjoy views of the outside world throughout the entire year. So what we did was build a sunroom for her. The sunroom was the same size as the existing footprint of her deck. We built a new frame with metal roofing and made the sunroom look like a part of the house by matching things to make it look like the house.
