We were called mid-project to help complete the basement finish where the old contractor was not arriving at site, and had taken money from customer and didn’t finish the job. We we’re called to help out with the project and finish it out where we had to remove a load-bearing wall in the middle of the basement to give the basement an open feeling to it. We installed a metal I beam in the basement and made the basement feel as open as possible for the owners.
