The full basement finish was where the owner initially used the space to store things but realized that it was space being wasted that they could actually use. The basement finish included finishing out the laundry room and running new drains and water lines for a new bathroom. One full-size bedroom was built, and in order to have it be considered a bedroom in the house, we needed to create an egress window. The full basement finish turned out to be a great utilizable space for the owners.
